If you want to explore Naples and sample its culinary delights as depicted in the film and book “Eat Pray Love”, you should stay at least a couple of days to see the stunning baroque architecture in Neapolitan palaces and churches.
An affordable, intimate B&B in the center of town is the Casa d’Anna. It is near the via Vergini market, opposite the Palazzo dello Spagnolo (a baroque classic) and better yet, is only minutes from the National Archaeological Museum (where a large collection of Roman artifacts from Pompeii are on display). Casa d’Ana is located in a 17th century palazzo with marble floors and soaring ceilings. Rates vary according to the length of stay with double rooms starting at 110 EUR.
