There are 29 rooms that are distributed around a huge central space with unique curtains made of eucalyptus. 23 of the rooms face the Fjord of “Last Hope” and Glacier Balmaceda, five face the Dorotea Sierra and the lovely town of Puerto Natales, and the there is one large room that has its own hot-tub and fireplace.  There are many small touches of luxury such as the use of natural materials and large windows to make the visitor truly feel like they are residing in nature.

The hotel has a Spa that is located on the top-floor and is the perfect escape for mind and body relaxation. There are three outdoor Jacuzzis that are great for watching picturesque sunsets while having a glass of wine.  The Spa has two different massage rooms that offer a variety of treatments and a large sauna to get refreshed.

The restaurant is called Mama Rosa in honor of Mama Rosa herself who is in charge of the restaurant.  She is known for her delicious pastries as well as her tasty home-made and fresh meals.  For the active traveler who plans to hike or kayak, there are large breakfasts to meet their appetites. Snacks and French-style pastries are available all day and dinner is served at seven with special dishes such as fresh kingcrab from the fjord and tasty beef from the local pampa. After dinner, you can marvel at even more stunning views from the lounge bar which specializes in  pisco sour, a potent and delicious South American cocktail.
