The Lofoten Islands are located above the Arctic Circle off the coast of Norway, and are an excellent destination for hiking and cycling in the summer and for watching the Northern Lights in the winter. The Hurtigruten Ferry visits the Islands on its way along the coast from Bergen to Kirkeness.
